• KIDS: Ages 10-13; Ages 6-9; Ages 3-5, Ages 2 and Under
• Best Overall Costume

Rules:

1. Costume Contest will utilize a photo submission and online voting process.
2. Any resident of Horse Creek Ridge is welcome to enter the contest.
3. Costume photo submission will be open from October 28 through November 2.
4. Residents may enter more than one category; however, cannot win multiple prizes for the same costume.
5. Photos will be posted in the Members Only Area of this website for HCR Residents to view and vote.
6. Photo viewing and voting will be open to HCR Residents from Thursday, November 5 through Sunday, November 8.
7. Votes will be calculated and the one costume in the community that receives the most votes out of any category will be awarded "Best Overall Costume."
   
8. Winners will be announced on Wednesday, November 11.
9. Prizes will be distributed to the winners before the end of November.

Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

• Votes will be calculated and the one costume in the community that receives the most votes out of any category will be awarded "Best Overall Costume" and given a $100 gift card

• Individual category winners will then be selected based on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd most votes from the remaining contestants 

• Individual and Group Winners: 1st Place: $75 gift card; 2nd Place: $50 gift card; 3rd Place: $25 gift card
• Pet Winners: 1st Place: $50 PetSmart gift card; 2nd Place: $25 PetSmart gift card ; 3rd Place: $15 PetSmart gift card
• Kids Winners: All entries will be entered into a drawing, and two winners from each age group will be chosen at random for a $10 gift card
• Gift cards will be for a local Fallbrook restaurant or store

Contest entry will be open from October 28 through November 2.
