About the Vendor Fair
This year the Horse Creek Ridge Events Team is hosting a Virtual Vendor Fair!
We will miss shopping in person, the chili cook off and all of the camaraderie over beers and games like we had last year, but we are excited to still be able to support our Neighbors! We've changed things up a bit and have extended this event to take place over an entire week!!
From November 1st to November 7th you will be able to shop & take advantage of all the awesome deals our vendors have! The best part is that all of our vendors are local to our community and they are so excited to show you their products and services! This means you are directly supporting your neighbors! How amazing is that!
The HCR Virtual Vendor Fair is an excellent source for your holiday gift giving but don't let this stop you from supporting local any time of the year!

For the Vendors
- Being a Vendor is FREE
- Must be HCR resident
- HCR Vendor fair is open to artisans as well as home tradespeople. Sale of food is permitted
- Vendors are prohibited from selling any alcoholic beverages
- There is no guarantee of exclusivity
- Accepted vendors are encouraged to advertise their participation in the event on social media
- Giveaways are permitted!
- The HCR HOA reserves the right to reject unsuitable work, displays, or signage and require immediate removal. This is a family friendly event- please be considerate of your neighbors and only post items that would be considered to be in good taste by the general public
For the Buyers
Be sure to provide best method of contact for good communication
Give plenty of time as required by each vendor for their product/service
Provide as much detail as possible when ordering
Each vendor has provided a link to their sales page and their preferred method for payment and shipment/delivery.
Feel free to give shout outs on social media for amazing creations and services that you loved!

The exhibitor agrees that they will hold the HCR HOA, or designated representative, harmless and free from all damages by reason of liability occasioned by an act or omission, neglect, or wrongdoing of the exhibitor, his employees, or any of his agents, officers, or representatives, and said exhibitor will at this own expense defend and protect the HCR HOA against all such claims and demands. The exhibitor also agrees that the HCR HOA will not be responsible for accidents, fire, theft, breakage, or any other accident or sickness occured by the exhibitor at any time and the vendor fair is released from liabilities and responsibilities.
